This seminar is designed to help you understand the basic concepts of Crystal report design, as well as methods and techniques on how to create your own custom reports with Nextgen data. Topics include:

- Report creation from scratch
- Formatting reports
- Using Nextgen dates
- Sorting/Grouping
- Using the Select Expert
- Parameters
- Subtotals/Summary/Grand Totals
- Creating formulas
- Enhancing reports
- LMS standards
- Stored Procedures
- Subreports
- Financial Reporting using encrypted fields
- Detailed look at Nextgen and Financials table help files
Advanced topics may be covered during Level 1, depending on the skill level of attendees and how much time is left in the session after basic topics are discussed.
Level 2 will definitely cover more advanced topics of working with stored procedures, editing Stored procedures, adding tables and fields to stored procedures, and linking stored procedures to crystal reports. Advanced topics also involve taking a look at financial tables and their encrypted names, and to how use the Nextgen/ financial table help files.
