This session is designed to show you the proper setup and procedures to manage contracts in Nextgen. You will learn about increasing contract rates, creating and effectively using contract templates, configuring billing option groups, and charging fuel surcharge/contract freight. Topics also include contract profit and loss, client profit and loss, stack ranking, the value of maintenance contracts, leasing downloads and uploads, daily/weekly/monthly contract management, meter reading entry in eNextgen, meter faxing, and meter emailing.
