This session is designed to show you features from the most recent revision of La Crosse Nextgen followed by a forum for upcoming revisions. Your comments and suggestions are welcome.

In this session, you will learn about...

New and Exciting Changes/Enhancements in Nextgen Updates: 20070601.00 (June 2007) and 20071201.00 (December 2007). Most recent software changes include:

Accounts Payable / Purchase Order / Journal Entry approvals

New EZ Nextgen features

Item Price by Financial Division

Default Freight

Recurring AP

Viewing images or Windows files in Work with Items

New Order Entry global options

Ability to email a link to an email address. The customer can click on it and can view their invoices (available from invoice printing from Daily Activities > Order Entry).

Ability to email and/or print all unpaid invoices according to date (available from Daily Activities > Order Entry).

Contracts can now have a unit from a different financial division the Contract Line Item Charge Break Sales Analysis level.
