AMV Exception Report/Incorrect Meter Reading Report (SDEXCEPT) (SDEXCEP2) (FIXPRIOR)

Program Description

This program can be found on the Service Custom menu (SD-5). AMV stands for Average Monthly Volume. The Incorrect Meter Reading Report automatically prints whenever the AMV(Average Monthly Volume) Exception Report or the AMV Exception Batch Report are run. It searches all service calls in a specific time period and corrects the Prior Meter Reading and Date of Last Call fields. When service tickets are entered out of order, these two fields will be incorrect. It also prints any service call with a meter reading less than the prior meter reading. This report provides all necessary information to correct meter readings in Completed Call File Maintenance.
