Program Description
This program can be found on the Inventory Reports Stocking and Analysis Reports menu (INV-4-2-20). This report prints out accessories not linked to a host machine. The report can be sorted by Product Class/Accessory Item/Accessory Serial number or Accessory Item/Accessory Serial Number. There is the ability to specify a range of Accessory Item Numbers, Accessory Serial Numbers, Product Classes, Warehouses and up to 5 item types for accessories. Users are also able to specify if the Accessory file (SERACC.DT) should be used to determine if an accessory is linked or if the Serial file (SERIALD) should be used. This report only prints accessories that are in the Serial file.
Results
The report will total the Selling Price and Clearance Price for every item number and print a total. If the report is sorted by Product Class, there is a Product Class total also. There is also a report total. The following results are for the input the screen above sorted by Accessory Item/Serial #:

This is from the Accessory file.
ACCESSORY ITEM DESCRIPTION
This is from the Accessory file (SERACC.DT) if the Accessory file option is selected. Otherwise, this field is from the Serial (SERIALD) file.
ACCESSORY SERIAL #
This is from the Accessory file.
WH
This stands for Warehouse. This is from the Serial file.
SREP
This stands for Sales Rep. This is from the Serial file.
CUSTODY #
This is the Custody Sales Rep Number / Customer Number from the Serial file.
SELLING PRICE
This is the Price from Serial file.
CLEARANCE PRICE
This is the Refurbished Price from the Serial file.
