Program Description
This program can be found on the Service File Maintenance menu (SD-3-6). It allows you to change information on an active service call or remove the call completely. Service calls cannot be created through this program.
Rev 15 Changes
If the OEM Interface Module is activated and the operator deletes an OEM service call through Active Call File Maintenance, the program send a transaction through the OEM Interface stating that the call was cancelled.
If the operator changes an OEM service call through Active Call File Maintenance, the program will send a transaction through the OEM Interface updating the service call on the OEM’s system.
If the OEM Interface is not activated, or the service call is not an OEM service call, no changes have been made in Revision 15.

A change was made to add the Call Takers Initials prompt to the Active Call File Maintenance screen.
Also, the Beginning Travel Time prompt has been removed. It is now used for additional initials fields.
This program will also now add to and delete from a new active call index (ACALL3.IX).
