Program Description
This is a new program in Rev 14 that can be found on the Service/Contract System Manager menu (LMSY-5-9). Contract Billing will now write to the new file Contract Billing Missing Meters (CNMISSM.DT). This program is a listing that will print the contents of this file. This file contains machines where the contract was billed and the meter readings were due, but one or more of the machines on the contracts were missing meter readings. This will be for contracts with Billing Method 1, Billing Method 4, and Billing Method 2 (if there is a First Meter Due Date in the contract). This does not include Method 3 contracts, or Method 2 contracts (if the First Meter Due Date is zero). The Item Number, Serial Number, Contract Number, Group Bill Number, Operator Initials, System Date, System Time, Task Number and Port Number will be written into the Contract Billing Missing Meters File.

Results:
The report will print the Item Number, Serial Number, Contract Number, Group Bill Number of the machine that was missing the meters when the base was billed. The System Date and System Time that the contract was billed will also print on the report. The Operator Initials, Task Number and Port Number of the operator that billed the base without having the meter readings entered will also print on the report. The Operator Initials are from the Security Detail File. So, if several operators use the same Security ID, the Task Number and/or Port Number will need to be used to determine the operator that did not have meters entered.
The report will be sorted by Item Number, and then Serial Number.

Rev 15 Changes
Options were added to this report to run it for a range of Branch Numbers and range of Company Numbers. The report will also print the Branch and Company Number on the report. When entering a range of Branches and Company Numbers, the beginning and ending numbers must be between 1 and 255. When the report is reading the CN Billing Missing Meters File (CNMISSM.DT), it checks the Contract Header to see what the Branch and Company Numbers are and if they are within the range(s) entered. If the Contract it is searching was deleted from the Contract File, the Missing Meter information will only print if the operator prints for All Branches and All Companies. It will also print with a 0 for the Branch and the Company Number.
