Program Description
This program can be found on the System Manager Submenu Contract File (LMSY-1-2-20). It will copy fields from the Customer file (CUSTD) into the Contract Header file (CNHDR.DT). The fields that can be copied over include Company Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City/State/Zip, Contact Name, Branch, County, Terms Code, Zone, and Territory. The customer number it uses for this information is the Ship-To Customer number in the Contract Header file. This program does not include the ability to change sales reps and tax codes. These fields are stored in the individual line items (CNLI.DT) (Contract Line Item file) and in the Multiple Sales Analysis (MULTSA.DT) data file, and can be overridden per line item.
Change A’ll Matching Fields Or Select I’ndividual Fields To Change
If A is entered, all of the above fields will be copied into every contract. If I is entered, the user will be asked to answer Y or N for each of the above fields to determine if that field should be copied into every contract.
