Collections Procedures (Automated)

This procedure allows you to complete automated contact entry tasks in Collections.

  1. Create the automated contact index.  (COL-1-1) This program reviews the current customers and their accounts.  Based on the responses to the prompts, the system selects customers that should be contacted.

  2. Contact the customers using the index created in step one.  (COL-1-1)

  3. Enter the customer’s response.  (COL-1-1)

  4. Make any changes to the contact activities or comments.  (COL-3-5)

  5. Various reports that can be run at will:

  6. Purge Old Calls  (COL-3-3) Once you have reached the time where you no longer want to maintain old collection activity records, the first purge may be done.  After the first purge, you may want to run it every month to always maintain the same amount of activity in the system.
