Completed Call List can be found on the Service Reports Technician Reports menu (SD-4-3-2). This report allows you to print a list of completed calls for a technician or range of technicians. After entering a date range, the list is sorted by branch, company, or technician. Call types are also specified on the report.

Two new options have been added to this report. The report will ask for a range of Problem Codes or A for all Problem Codes. The report also has a new option to print the report for a certain call type for service calls. The valid call types are EM (emergency), CB (call back), SH (shop), TA (technician assist), HP (hold for parts), CC (courtesy), and PM (preventive maintenance). The question “On Service Calls, Print Call Type: EM, CB, TA, HP, PM, SH, CC Or A’ll” has been added. If Machine Tracking feature is activated, this new question will only be asked if the operator answered the “Print S’ervice Calls, C’ustody Calls, Or A’ll” question with S or A. If Machine Tracking feature is not activated, this question will always be asked. If the operator chooses to print both service calls and custody calls, and enters HP for call type, both custody calls and hold for parts calls will print on the report. If the operator would like to only print hold for parts calls, they’ll need to answer the “Print S’ervice Calls, C’ustody Calls, Or A’ll” question with S for only service calls.
The call type has also been added to the detail of the report on the right hand side.
