Program Description
This program can be found on the Billing File Maintenance File Set Up Global File Maintenance menu (BI-3-1-18-19). This global file gives the user the ability to activate the Contract Commitment system. It also stores groups of records that control or define the operating parameters of the Contract Commitment system. In addition, the user is able to automatically set up vouchers, as well as create contract history records and meter files.
