Program Description
This program is found on the Contracts Reports menu (CN-4-7). This report prints all contracts that have either a base or meter due date within the date range and agrees with the other selection criteria. It should be used prior to actually billing the contracts. The report can be printed for a company number or all, beginning and ending due date range, type of contract (rental, maintenance, or lease), billing period or all, and in summary or full. The contracts will be sorted by the contract type, base billing period (unless only the meter is due, then the meter due will be used), and contract number.
