Copy Dt/MR Last Svc To Inst. Dt/MR is a new program in Rev 15 that allows you to correct Install Meter Readings and Install Dates (Date Placed) where they are greater than the Meter Reading and Date of the last service call. It can be found in 17 System Manager> 1 System Manager Submenu> 3 Serial> 22 Copy Dt/MR Last Svc To Inst. Dt/MR. When the install date is after the date of last service call or the install meter reading is greater than the meter reading of the last service call, several service reports could either stop or print with a negative average monthly volume. The program will update the Install Meter Reading if the Install Date is after the date of last service call (in Serial file) and the date of last service is not zero. It will also update it if the Install Date is the same as the date of last service call and the Install Meter Reading is greater than the meter reading of the last service call. The operator will be asked a question on whether or not to update the Install Date when it changes the Install Meter Reading. Normally, you will want to answer that question with Y for yes to make sure the Install Meter matches with the Install Date. This will update all machines in the Serial file.
