Program Description
This new program can be found on the Billing Reports Sales Reports II menu (BI-4-8-3). This report is sorted in County Code, Product Class, Customer Number order. It shows totals for each County break, Product Class break and Customer Number break. The county description comes from the County File (CNT.DT). The branch, contract pricing Y/N, buying group, and AR balance come from the Customer File (CUSTD). The Item Description and Unit of Measure come from the Item file (ITEM). All other fields that print on the report come from the Sales History File (SHHIST.DT).
Results
Following is a sample of the report results for all dates, customers, product classes, and county codes. There is a form feed between each county. County 2 is shown below:
