Customer Care Inquiries/File Maintenance

This sub menu can be found in the Customer Care section after the Customer Care Access screen. It allows you to run a number of inquiry and file maintenance programs for a specified customer. Programs from 1 to 23 are for Inquiries on this menu. Programs 24 and 25 are for file maintenance.
