Program Description
This program can be found on the Contracts Reports menu (CN-4-14). This report is a listing of the customer copy usage based on the meter readings entered in the Enter Meter Readings (CN-1-9) program. There is the option to print the information based on contract type (maintenance, lease, rental, or all), beginning and ending product family, item number, and billing period. The sort can be in alphabetical or numeric customer order and a range can be selected. If a machine is on a quarterly meter click, billing the meters will only be entered quarterly. Therefore this report will only print quarterly net meters.

A range of branch numbers has been added to this report. This is the branch stored in the Contract Header (CNHDR.DT) data file.
