Program Description
This program can be found on the Billing File Maintenance File Set Up menu (BI-3-1-21). This is where all messages to customers and technicians are added, changed, and deleted, by entering a valid customer or technician number and entering the desired text.

Internal changes were made so that the operator can delete messages of a customer that has been deleted without receiving a stop message.
