Program Description
This program can be found on the General Ledger Data Entry menu (GL-1-2). It allows the user to enter data pertaining to particular transactions. This includes transaction date, fiscal month, fiscal year, account number, cumulative, entry date, account name, and special instructions.
Rev 14 Changes
The program was modified to prevent an Arithmetic stop at line 3255.
The program was also changed to have lowercase letters on the screen and internal logic was updated.
Rev 13 Changes
Internal program changes were made to be able to handle larger debit and credit amounts. This was done to correct the Divide By Zero or Other Arithmetic Error stop at statement 3260.
