This program can be found on the Payroll Reports Pay Period Reports menu (PAY-4-1-6).
Rev 13 Changes
This program has an option to post to the General Ledger and print a General Ledger Posting Report of what has been posted. Field 26. Interface Payroll And General Ledger (Y'es, N'o, R'eport Only) in Payroll Control File Maintenance has been changed from Interface Payroll And General Ledger (Y/N). This program will work the same as prior to Revision 13 if this global field is set to Y or N. If the field is set to R, the General Ledger Posting Report will print to show the General Ledger Accounts and dollar amounts. However, it will not post the amounts to the General Ledger. The heading Report Only will display if the field 26 is set to R.
