Program Description
This program can be found on the General Ledger File Maintenance menu (GL-3-2). It is used to set up income statements and balance sheets for reporting purposes.
Rev 14 Changes
Prior to Revision14, if the operator entered something less than 7 characters long that started with INC or BAL at the Filename prompt, the program would stop with an Invalid Subscript stop at line 260. This has been corrected. The operator will only be allowed to enter INCOME1, INCOME2, INCOME3, INCOME4, BALSHT1, BALSHT2, BALSHT3, or E to end at this prompt. A message has been added to the screen with these valid filenames listed.
Also, you will be able to enter (^) Shift-6 at the Current Year and Enter Fiscal Year prompts to go back to the previous prompt. A slash (/) can also be entered to cancel out of the program.
