Fixed Assets Yearly Procedures

This procedure allows you to complete yearly tasks in Fixed Assets.

1. Complete the Fixed Assets End-Of-Month for the last fiscal month of the year.

2. Run Year-End Depreciation.  (FA-2-7) This report:

• Zeroes out the current depreciation field (Field 20).

• Adjusts remaining life (Field 18).

• Adjusts apportionment months (Field 19).

This report does not update the General Ledger.
