Rev 15 Changes
An option was added to the G/L Detail Report to print accounts that have not had any activity during the month range. A new prompt stating “Show Accounts With No Activity (Y’es Or N’o) has been added. Enter N for no at this prompt to only print accounts that have had activity in the month range. This is how the report worked prior to Revision 15. Enter Y for yes at this prompt to print accounts that have not had any activity. These accounts will print the beginning balance and ending balance. However, the other totals will be zero. Screen Sample:

Options have been added to this report to allow the operator to run the report for a range of Account Numbers and a range of Fiscal Months.
The operator will not be allowed to run the report over one Fiscal Year. For example, if the Fiscal Year starts in July, the operator can run the report for July to February. However, the operator cannot run the report for January to August, since this would go into two Fiscal Years.
Changes have also been made to the printing of the report totals. There was a problem if the total was over one million.
