This sub-menu can be found on the General Ledger main menu (GL-3). Programs in this menu allow the user to add, change, or delete the account types in the chart of accounts and specify financial reporting parameters in the system. Programs for Lanier dealers can also be found on this menu. |

GL Repeating Entry File Maintenance (6) and GL Reversing Entry File Maintenance (7) have been added to this menu.
Rev 13 Changes
Three programs have been added to the File Maintenance menu. The programs 3 Used for Lanier Download and 4 Used for Lanier Download are only available to Lanier dealers. For customers not using Lanier, the message You Do Not Have Access to Lanier Download will display. The program Update CHART Budget $$ By % is available for all customers.
