This sub-menu can be found on the Billing File Maintenance File Setup menu (BI-3-1-18). The global files store groups of records that control or define the operating parameters of modules in the La Crosse System. These records are generally defined at the time of installation and rarely changed after that point. However, the controls can be changed by authorized users.
