The Item Listing - Wh 2 - 9999 program can be found on the Inventory Reports File Maintenance Listings menu (INV-4-1-10). The purpose of the report is to print the contents of the Item Warehouse File. If you would like a listing of all of the items that are stocked in an individual warehouse and the parameters for the item in the warehouse, this is the report to run. It allows the printing of all items that are stocked in warehouses 2 through 9999 that exist in the system. All items assigned to each warehouse are included. For each item, the item description, minimum and maximum amount, order quantity, lifo quantity, and bin location are printed. This information can be viewed in the Warehouse/Item File Maintenance program. The report sorts in warehouse number order smallest to largest warehouse. An option to include a specific warehouse, specific or range is also available.
Example:

Fields:
Enter Beginning Warehouse, A'll, Or E'nd
Enter a specific warehouse, beginning range, or A for All. When a specific or range is entered, only those warehouses are included. When A for All is input, all warehouses with a warehouse number from 2 - 9999 are included. (2 - 9999 or A)
Enter Ending Warehouse
When a beginning warehouse is input, the cursor proceeds to this prompt. Whatever was entered as the beginning warehouse appears as the ending. A carriage return accepts the default. This may be overridden, if desired. If an ending number is input that is less than the beginning, the prompt Beginning Warehouse Greater Than Ending appears. The cursor returns for reinput and the default reappears. An up arrow key ^ returns the cursor to the Enter Beginning Warehouse prompt. (2-9999)

Rev 14 Changes
An option to run the report for a range of Item Numbers has been added to the report. The operator can enter A for all at the Beginning Item Number prompt to print all items. The report form feeds between warehouse numbers so each warehouse is on its own page. If the report is being run for one item number (the Beginning and Ending Item Number are the same), the report will not form feed between warehouses.
The program has had internal changes made to make it follow LMS programming standards.
