Program Description
This program can be found on the Inventory Reports Inventory Control (INV-4-3-4). This report was designed by MT Business Technologies, Inc. It shows item warehouse transactions and most important records received through inventory transfers from warehouse one. It is recommended to run the Ranking Of Service Parts Report and update the Item (ITEM) file before running this report.
The report only includes Item Warehouse (ITEMWHD) file records within the specified warehouse range, item number range, product class range, item type range, stock, non stock, or all items from the ITEMWHD file, and bin location range from the ITEM file. For each individual item warehouse record, it will check the Inventory Transaction (IMWACTD) file for any inventory transfers processed from warehouse one. The received column will only be counted if the items are in the transaction date range entered.
The report in detail sorts by an existing Item Warehouse (ITEMWHD) file index (ITEMWHX), which is warehouse and then item number order. The report shows the warehouse number, item number, ITEM file LIFO quantity ranking number, maximum/optimum on hand, actual on hand, what is needed as a calculation of the maximum on hand minus the actual on hand, any units received from inventory transfers, a received percentage, what was missed as a calculation of what was needed minus the received column, and a missed percentage. The report will print a total by warehouse of all items for the warehouse involved. The summary report will also be printed. There is also a left to be transferred report after the summary report that shows the warehouse and items that have the amount needed less than the amount received.
The report in summary does not show the individual warehouses and item numbers. Each item number should have a ranking number set up. The report divides the detail into the ITEM file LIFO quantity rankings of 1 through 4 and 0. Ranking of 0 is anything that does not fit in 1, 2, 3, and 4. For each ranking, the report shows the totals of maximum on hand, actual on hand, what is needed, what was received, a received percentage, what was missed, and a missed percentage.

Technical Support Notes
This report is from MT Business Technologies, Inc. Their version of the program is called MANSTOCK. The report has been changed to have a MANSW set up. For MT Bus. set this MANSW to 1 (LINE 30) and for everyone else leave this at zero. This will then take the place of that one.
