MTD/YTD Sales History By PC/Item is a new report in Rev 15 that has been added to the Billing Reports Sales Reports II menu. This is the MTD/YTD Sales History By PC/Item. The report can be run for a range of product classes and item numbers. When run, the operator is asked to enter a range of dates for Month-to-date (MTD) and Year-to-date (YTD). The date fields are very flexible. The operator can enter whatever date ranges they would like. For example, they could represent this year’s YTD and last year’s YTD. The report also has the ability to print in detail or in summary. The operator can choose to include or exclude voided invoices from the report.

In detail, the report is sorted in Product Class / Item Number order. The report will print the Product Class, Item Number, MTD units sold, MTD Sales Dollars (revenue), MTD COGS (cost of goods sold), MTD Gross Profit Percentage, YTD units sold, YTD Sales Dollars (revenue), YTD COGS, and YTD Gross Profit Percentage. The report totals each Product Class and also has a report total. See screen sample below.
In summary, the report is sorted in Product Class order. The report will print the Product Class, MTD units sold, MTD Sales Dollars (revenue), MTD COGS (cost of goods sold), MTD Gross Profit Percentage, YTD units sold, YTD Sales Dollars (revenue), YTD COGS, and YTD Gross Profit Percentage.
