Program Description
This program can be found on the Service Reports Service History Reports menu (SD-4-4-12). It provides an average number of copies made between service calls or number of copies per failure. With this information, it is possible to analyze a technician's performance. A technician with a high average number of copies made between service calls has a higher rate of performance than a technician with a lower rate of average copies made between calls.

Rev 15 Changes
An option was added to the report to only look at service calls that occurred while the machine was on a contract. The new question is the last question on the first screen. See screen shot below. The question is “Include Svc Calls That Are Linked To A Contract (Y/N)”. Answering N for no will make the report run like it did prior to Revision 15. Answering Y to this question will allow you to get a number of copies produced from machines on contracts and can be ran for previous date ranges since it will check to see if the machine was on a contract at the time. Answering Y will affect the number of calls and the copies produced on the report. If you answer Y to this question, you will want to run it for all machines (contract and non-contract) because if a machine was on a contract in the date range, but not currently on a contract it will be omitted if you choose contract machines only. If a machine is placed after the ending date of the report, the machine will not be included if the machine does not have any service calls linked to a contract. If the machine is not currently placed, the machine will only print on the report if the machine had at least one service call linked to a contract prior to the ending date of the report.

Also, when the report was sorted using sort # 10, the program would not print detail of each serial number. It would only print one serial number per Branch / Technician Number / Item Number combination. This has been corrected.
