Program Description
The Machine List by County Report can be found on the Contracts Reports menu (CN-4-11). This report allows you to view or print a list of machines in the Serial File (SERIALD) that are placed at a customer site. It gives you the ability to enter a range of product classes and range of item numbers and is sorted by county. There is the option to print the report in detail or summary.
Rev 15 Changes
The program was changed internally changed to handle larger numbers on the totals. This was done by adding quad math.
Rev 14 Changes
The report now has the option to run for range of Product Classes and range of Item Numbers. The program checks the Product Class field in the Item File (ITEM) to see if it is within the range entered. The Serial File (SERIALD) is used to determine if the item number is within the range entered.
Also, the report will no longer display the machine it is on to the screen while it is running. This will speed up the report on NT and Unix systems.
