Program Description
The Machines Not Serviced List report can be found on the Service Reports Machine Reports menu, SD-4-2-5. The purpose of the report is to print all serialized machines and accessories that have not had a service call since an inputted date. The report only includes placed machines, contract and non-contract. Custody machines are not included. The last service and PM date stored in the Serial File is compared with the inputted date. If both dates are less than the inputted date the record is printed. Serial Files with no dates are also included. The report allows input of a range, specific or all item numbers. Information included on the report includes item, serial number, machine description, and customer number, name, address and phone number. Also included is the contract number, if the record is on a contract. The last service date is included. All of this information is from the Serial File, with the exception of the customer name, address and phone number from the Customer File.

An option for range of branch numbers has been added. The branch number from the Serial File (SERIALD) will be used.
