Program Description
This program can be found on the Service File Maintenance menu (SD-3-23). It can only be accessed if the Walkabout Interface field in Service Call Control File Maintenance is set to Y for yes. The file is used by the Walkabout system for completing service tickets. If the call type of the service call is an EM (emergency) or CB (callback), and the problem code of the service call is in this table, the Measure For Response Time field will be set to N for no. If the call type is not EM or CB, the Measure For Response Time field will also be set to N for no.

Enter the problem codes in which the Measure For Response Time field should be set to N for no. The code must be a valid service code in the Service Code file (CODE.DT).
