Meter Reading Upload is a billable add on feature that allows you to update meter readings from an ASCII file. This ASCII file can be either comma or tab delimited. It needs to contain Item Number, Serial Number, Meter Reading and Meter Reading Date. MRUPLOAD can be run from the Contract Custom menu on demand from an operator, as long as no one is logged into the Contracts Module. MRUPLOAD2 can be run from WinCron or Cron during end of day and requires no operator intervention.

A report will print that shows the following:
Meter readings that could not be updated.
Meter readings that updated, but may have a potential problem.
Meter readings that caused a method 2 or 3 contract to expire.
