Meter Faxing

WinFax Pro first reads the Machine Placement File to find the fax number used for meter faxing. Enter the fax number in the Customer File if the number is a long distance call within your area code or if there is only one contact person at the customer site who is responsible for all machines (this allows you to avoid entering the same fax number more than once). WinFax Pro also reads the Customer File if a fax number is not available in the Machine Placement File.
