Program Description
This program can be found on the Inventory Inquiries menu (INV-2-3). The inquiry includes all the items and their associated items that have been added to the Model Association File. The operator can choose whether they want the inquiry/report to sort in the order of item number, associated item number, or select a specific item. You can then include a range of items or all items or a range of product classes or all product classes. The inquiry/report includes the item number, item description, the associated item numbers for that item, copy yield, the override product class number, response to service parameter, and the model number. An example of the use for the inquiry would be to enter a machine item number and list all of its associated items, or enter an associated item, such as an item number for toner or a sorter and list all the machines that the toner or sorter is associated to.

Rev 14 Changes
When the operator tried to do item description search, and tried to choose an item choice that was three digits long, the program would only look at the first two digits. For example, if the operator tried to bring up the item that was choice number 110, the program would bring up the item that was choice 11. This has been corrected.
Additional fields have been added to the report and to the screen display on the inquiry. These are the quantity on hand, on order, back ordered, allocated and available. These will display for the main items and for the associated items. These are the inventory levels for warehouse 1 only.

Rev 13 Changes
Internal changes were made so that the Stock Status Inquiries program (INV-2-1 & BI-2-4) can swap out to the Model Association Table Inquiry.
Display N'ext, O'ptions, D'etail Inquiry, PR'int, T'otal, E'nd
Enter O for options to display the option to swap out to the Model Association Inquiry, then enter 5.
