PM's Due by AMV can be found on the Service Reports Technician Reports menu (SD-4-3-11). This reports creates Preventive Maintenance calls according to AMV (average monthly volume) for a group of machines. These calls appear on the Technician's Active PM Call screen. When a PM call is created, the contact name that is stored in the Serial (SERIALD) file is written to the Service Dispatch (DISP.DT) file or the active call file. This is the Contact Name found in the Machine Placement program.
