Program Description
This program can be found on the Service Reports Technician Reports menu (SD-4-3-10). This reports creates Preventive Maintenance calls. These calls appear on the Technician's Active PM Call screen. When a PM call is created, the contact name that is stored in the Serial (SERIALD) file is now written to the Service Dispatch (DISP.DT) file or the active call. This is the Contact Name found in the Machine Placement program. Although 28 characters are now allowed in the Serial File Contact Name field, only 20 characters will be written to the Dispatch File and service call, since there is only room to store 20 characters in the Service Dispatch (DISP.DT) file. Note: the PM Due by Copy Intervals Report will print all 28 characters, but only the first 20 are written into the service call.

Two additional questions have been added to this report.
The first new prompt is “If No Contract Meter Readings, Do You Want It To Use Service To Get The Copies Produced And Current Meter Reading (Y/N)”. Prior to this revision, this report only look for contract meter readings to determine the copies per day. This report now has an option to use service meter readings if there are no contract meter readings. To do this, answer this question with Y for yes. If you would like this report to work the same way as before Revision 15, answer this question with N for no.
The second new prompt is “Include Machines With No Current Meter Reading (Y/N)”. This report will print machines that do not have a current meter reading in the Contract Line Item File (CNLI.DT). This is just a notation that the machine was skipped. Some operators find this confusing, so there is now an option to not include these machines. Enter Y to print machines that are skipped because of not having a current meter reading (this is how it worked prior to Revision 15). Enter N to not print these machines.
