Parts History File Maintenance can be found on the Service File Maintenance menu (SD-3-4). It allows you to change information on a service parts history record or remove the record completely.

Changes have been made to the Coupon Module, so that the quantity redeemed on a Fixed Quantity coupon can be up to six digits. Changes were made to the Parts History File Maintenance to display and allow input of up to 6 digits at the quantity field. Quantities greater than 9999 should only be for Fixed Quantity coupon line items however and should not be used for normal items off of coupon books.
