Program Description
This is a new program that works in conjunction with Service Call Entry. It is swapped from SDDE001B for all technician qualification, printing of accessories, percent full check for billing method 2 and 3 contracts and PM due check.
When global field 54 in Service Call Control File Maintenance and Technician Qualification File Maintenance is set up for a particular technician, the program determines which technician is qualified to work on a machine in a certain zip code area.
