Program Description
This program can be found on the Payroll Reports Tax Reports menu (PAY-4-3-4). It allows you to print W2 tax forms to a laser printer rather than a standard dot matrix printer.
Rev 15 Changes
The layout of the form changed in 2001. No new fields were added. The existing fields print on different lines. The copy on the left side is no longer a mirror image of the copy on the right side. Both sides of the form each have the same information; it is just arranged differently. 401k contributions now print in Box 12a. Withholding 3 has the option of printing as a separate line. If WH3SW=1 in the program, Withholding 3 will print in Box 12b. The State of Nebraska prints the state abbreviation, State ID number, State wages, and State income tax above and below the dotted line in Boxes 15 through Box 18.

There is now a standard W2 printing to print on laser forms instead of the dot matrix form. However, the program on the menu will remain for the dot matrix form. If you would like to use the laser form, contact LMS Support to have the program (PARP304B) renamed to the program on the menu (PARP304).
