Program Description
This program is located on the Service Reports File Maintenance Reports menu (SD-4-1-15). It can only be accessed if the Walkabout Interface field in Service Call Control File Maintenance is set to Y for yes. The file is used by the Walkabout system when entering parts on service tickets. This listing prints associations between product classes and part types. Part types refers to the type prompt that is entered during Service Ticket Entry. It is equal to L for Labor, P for Parts or T for Trip Charges. This program runs immediately after a printer selection is made.
