Program Description
This program can be found on the Service Reports Service History Reports menu (SD-4-4-9). This report gives the cost of service for machines covered by maintenance contracts. It can be run for one item number for a selected period of time. It shows machine population, parts dollars, annual cost for a machine, cost per thousand copies, and number of copies printed. It also displays preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency (EM) calls and times for a particular period. Totals and averages will be incorrect if the Date Placed field is blank in Machine Placement.

When the report was run for a range of product classes with nothing to print, the program stopped when printing the totals. This has been corrected.
