Program Description
This program can be found on the Service Reports Service History Reports menu (SD-4-4-5). This report shows the number of calls a technician had within a specified period of time and how many of those calls were callbacks, no part calls, and chargeable calls. It also gives the amount charged for labor and parts, the cost of the parts used on no charge calls, and the average amount spent on parts for charge and no charge calls. The technicians total drive time and mechanical time is also included.
Rev 15 Changes
When sorted by branch, the Travel and Mechanical Total Time and Average Time in the Branch Total and Report Total were not correct. This has been corrected. Note these times are not in hour: minute format. They are in hour and portion of hour format. This is the Total Minutes / 60 rounded to two decimal positions.
The heading “Comp Calls” has been changed to “Comp Tickets”. The reason for this change is that hold for parts calls are included in this total twice even though it is one physical call. Once for the original call and once for the hold call.

The following field has been added:
Use Branch From 1) Sales Rep File Or 2) Serial File
The branch was previously taken from the Sales Rep (SLMD) data file to determine if the branch number is valid. There is now an option to instead use the branch from the serial (SERIALD) file.
