Program Description
This program can be found on the Tele-Sales Reports menu (TS-4-11). It allows the user to print a listing of all prospects per telemarketer that have a missed Next Contact Date. The contact names or prospects are displayed on the report because they have not been contacted by the telemarketer by the next contact date. This data comes from the Prospect File. If a prospect has a next contact date in field 42 in Prospect File Maintenance (TS-3-1) (shown below) that falls within the designated time span, the prospect is included.
In order for this program to be useful, enter a beginning and ending next contact date that is less than the current system date. For example, if the current date is 12/31/99, check all prospects with a next contact date from the beginning of December to yesterday to see if they have been contacted. The contact dates would be 12/01/99 to 12/30/99. All prospects found with a next contact date within that range are included on the results. This can be used as a management tool or given to each individual telemarketer to contact prospects.
