Program Description
This program can be found on the Service File Maintenance menu (SD-3-12). It allows the user to delete service history records from the system in Customer Number/Item Number order. There is also the option to print the records that were purged. The Service Dispatch (DISP.DT) file is used.

If the OEM Interface Module is activated, the program will delete the service call information from the OEM Service Extension File (OEMSVC.DT) when it purges a service call from the Service History File (DISP.DT).
