The following screen display show the results for a detailed report with all dates and all branch numbers:
Rev 13 Changes
This program was changed to update certain fields in the End Of Day Reconciliation (EOD.DT) file if the program is run from the End Of Day Processing program.
When the report is run during the End Of Month Report Chain and printed to disk, the Illegal File Name stop at line 332 will no longer occur.
The calculation for Gross Profit Percent has been corrected. If both the Net Sale Extension total for an invoice and the Net Cost Extension for an invoice equal 0, the Gross Profit Percent will equal 0 . If either the Net Sale or Net Cost for an invoice do not equal 0, the Gross Profit Percent will equal 100 and it will have the same sign as the Gross Profit. For example, if the Gross Profit is -250.00, then the Gross Profit Percent will equal -100%. If the Net Sale Extension and Net Cost Extension are not equal to 0, the calculation of Gross Profit Percent will be Net Sale minus Net Cost divided by Net Sale. The Gross Profit Percent will have the same sign as the Gross Profit.
An enhancement was made to Invoice Entry, Credit Memo Entry, Order Entry, Order File Maintenance and Service Invoicing to allow branch per line item and the ability to split each line to two branches (with any percentage wanted). This report has been changed to have an option to use branch 1 in the header of the invoice or branch 1 in each individual line item. The report does not have the ability to split the dollar amounts between branch 1 and branch 2 if a split was done.
The Use Branch From H'eader Or L'ine Items is a new prompt. To keep an invoice all under one branch number, select H for header. If L is selected, branch 1 in the individual line items will be used. Therefore, an invoice can be spread among various branch numbers.
