Program Description
This new program can be found on the System Manager Billing System Manager menu (LMSY-2-16). It is used to print out the Serial Batch File (SBATCH.IX). The fields that are printed include Item Number, Machine Description, Old Serial Number, New Serial Number, and a conversion/merge status. The Conversion/Merge Status will print either WILL BE CONVERTED (if it is a serial conversion), SALES HISTORY MERGE ONLY, SERV. HISTORY MERGE ONLY, or BOTH SD AND SALES HISTORY MERGE.

Logic was added to the Serial Conversion/Merge to convert the Item Number as well as the Serial Number. The Serial Batch Listing will now print the “New Item Number” as well as the original “Item Number”. See screen sample below.
