Program Description
This program can be found on the Contract Reports menu (5-4-2). It allows you to view or print a listing of serial numbers according to a range of items and product classes. You can report on only stocked machines or all machines and print in different formats.

An option was added to the Serial Number Listing to print it for a range of Product Classes. If the report is printed for “Only Items In Stock”, the report will ask the operator which format to use. Format 1 will print the Machine Cost, Date Received Into Inventory, and Manufacturer’s Warranty Expiration Date. This is the format the report printed in prior to Revision 15. Format 2 will print the Customer Name, Order Number, Custody Start Date instead. Both formats will print the Item Number, Machine Description, Serial Number, Custody Number and Warehouse Number if the report is printed for Only Items In Stock. If the operator is printing All Machines versus Only Machines In Stock, the report will not ask which format and will print in the original manner.
Headings on the report were changed to reflect LMS Standards, and to include the new print options.
