Service Monthly Procedures

This procedure allows you to complete monthly tasks in Service.

 

On a monthly basis you may print management reports.  To get accurate information, please make sure all service tickets have been entered for the period you wish to report.

  1. Callback Report  (SD-4-4-1)

  2. Threshold Limit Report  (SD-4-4-2)

  3. Technician Activity Report  (SD-4-4-3)

  4. Technician Productivity Report  (SD-4-4-4)

  5. Productivity Summary Report  (SD-4-4-5)

  6. Monthly Product Status Report  (SD-4-4-9--Optional)

  7. Print PM reports after monthly meter readings have been entered.  (SD-4-3-4, SD-4-3-5)

  8. The only special function for EOM is to purge old service history.  You may purge by customer number or machine item number. You have the option to retain as much service history as you wish.  (SD-3-12, SD-3-11)

  9. Print Service Call Mileage Report.  This report can be used to verify the accuracy of the miles traveled by the technicians if they are reimbursed for mileage.  (SD-4-3-7)
