This menu can be found on the Service menu (SD-3). Programs on this sub-menu allow the user to change individual field information in service files, such as the Serial (SERIALD), Service Code (CODE.DT), Service Code Type (SDCTYPE.DT), Accessory (SERACC.DT), Service History (SHHIST.DT), and Technician Qualification (TQUAL.DT) data files. |

If the Walkabout Interface field is activated in Service Call Control File Maintenance, three additional options will display on this menu: Non-Taxable Tax Code Table, Measure For Response Time Table, and Product Class/Part Type Table. These programs access the Non-Taxable Tax Code Table File (NTAXTBL.DT), Measure For Response Time Table (MRESP.IX) and the Product Class/Part Type Table (PTYPE.IX) files. If the Walkabout Interface field is not activated, these options will display as Used By Walkabout Technology and cannot be accessed.
