Program Description
This program works in conjunction to display service history through the Service Call Entry, Service Ticket Entry, Technician Dispatching, and TRC Screen programs, which can be found on the Service Data Entry menu (SD-1). To access this inquiry, enter Y for yes at the Display Machine History (Y/N) prompt.
Rev 14 Changes
When coming from Service Dispatch, and if the call was a callback, the callback prompt would erase the last character of the Problem Code field if it were four characters long. This correction was done while Revision 13 was being released and was added to Revision 13 at that time.
Rev 13 Changes
Program changes were made to add travel time and response time for each service call. Travel time is calculated by taking the time from dispatch until arrival. Response time is calculated by taking the call time until arrival time. The program will skip weekends, however will include holidays. When the call date is a different date than the arrival, the program will use a work day that consists of the open time and close time stored in the Service Control File.
Changes were also made to the calculation of mechanical time. It will be calculated in the same manner as travel time and response time. Mechanical time is the time from arrival until completion. If the service call does not have the ticket entered, or is a Machine Tracking call (with a CU call type), the travel and response time will not display. These three times will display next to each other on the same line and are in the format of HH:MM.
